By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
All content published and made available on our Site is the property of RepUp and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

If we believe you are using our Site illegally or in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to limit, suspend or terminate your access to our Site. We also reserve the right to take any legal steps necessary to prevent you from accessing our Site.
RepUp lets people share posts, photos, videos, comments and messages with their squad, their coach and other users. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post or send anything that:
Language that breaks these standards is filtered and may be refused when you post it. You can report any post, comment, message or person from inside the app, and block anyone so that you no longer see their content or receive their messages. Reports go straight to RepUp and are reviewed within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these standards and may suspend or permanently remove the accounts of people who post it.
RepUp provides general fitness, training and nutrition information and tools. It is not medical advice, and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Calorie targets, body-fat and one-rep-max estimates, readiness scores, meal-scan results and similar figures are estimates; the sources behind them are listed in the app under Settings → Health & nutrition sources.
Check with a doctor or another qualified health professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program — especially if you are pregnant or have recently given birth, have an injury, pain or a medical condition, or take medication — and stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Programs in the app, including rehabilitation and pregnancy programs, are general guidance and do not replace advice from your own doctor or physiotherapist.
You must be at least 16 years old to create a RepUp account or use the Services.

RepUp is a subscription-based software platform for fitness coaching and training. The services available on our Site include:
Services are paid for in advance for each billing period, after any free trial shown at purchase.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. You agree to purchase services from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Subscriptions bought in the RepUp iPhone or iPad app are sold and billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscriptions bought in the Android app are billed by Google Play. They renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly, unless stated otherwise at purchase) at the price shown at purchase, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them at any time in your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play subscription settings; cancelling stops the next renewal and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds for these purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
Plans bought on our website are billed by us through Stripe. They renew automatically until you cancel them in your account on the website, and cancel at the end of the current billing cycle.
Deleting your RepUp account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google Play. Cancel it in your subscription settings first to stop being charged.
Some plans start with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers, where the trial is shown at purchase. Each Apple ID or Google account can use a plan's free trial once.
When the free trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged the price shown at purchase, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
To cancel a free trial: for a trial started in the app, cancel it in your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play subscription settings; for a trial started on our website, cancel it in your account on the website. Deleting your RepUp account does not cancel a trial.
On our website we accept credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe. Purchases in the mobile app are paid through Apple or Google Play using the payment method on your store account.
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Where the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
RepUp and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless RepUp and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria.
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
